Samuel L. Delcolle

Sam works with clients to resolve a variety of claims and legal issues, including complex commercial motor vehicle accidents, product liability claims, and professional liability claims. He has particular strengths in assessing and analyzing potential legal issues that arise from catastrophic injury events, industrial accidents, fires, and other catastrophes. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Sam's regular and clear communication and his practical solutions for resolving challenges and obstacles.

Sam is a member of Roetzel’s Emergency Response Team, where he is called upon to rapidly step in and provide strategic and pragmatic guidance to help clients facing crisis situations.
