Sarah focuses her practice on real estate law with an emphasis on commercial and residential transactions, distressed real estate, commercial loan restructuring and the formation and structuring of business entities. Her practice also extends to corporate and business services. Clients include institutional lenders, commercial developers, buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, and entrepreneurs.
