Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce the addition of associate attorneys Stacey A. Dettwiller and Grant L. McLeod. Ms. Dettwiller has joined the Corporate, Tax and Transactional Group in the firm’s Columbus office, and Mr. McLeod joined the Business Litigation Group in Akron. Both participated in the firm’s summer associate program.
Ms. Dettwiller focuses her practice on estate planning and wealth transfer matters. She counsels clients on a variety of matters including estate and trust planning, administration, modification, termination and corresponding tax planning to reduce estate tax exposure and maximize wealth preservation. Ms. Dettwiller received a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she earned a CALI Award for Excellence and was a chief note editor for the Ohio State Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Ohio University and has a Master of Education in Special Education from Wright State University.
Mr. McLeod, who will focus his practice on complex business and commercial litigation, earned a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law, where he also served as the executive editor of production (2019-2020) for the Akron Law Review. Mr. McLeod earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
