Roetzel & Andress LPA is pleased to announce that Corey L. Kleinhenz and Daniel S. Rosenbaum and have joined the firm as associates. Mr. Kleinhenz joins the Employment Services Group in Cincinnati and Mr. Rosenbaum was added to the Corporate, Tax & Transactional Group in Chicago.

Spiker, Shareholder-in-Charge of Roetzel’s Cleveland office & Practice Group Manager of the Employment Services Group. “Corey will help us strengthen our workers’ compensation attorneys as well as our state-wide presence and reputation of representing employers who do business in Ohio.”
Mr. Kleinhenz represents and counsels both large and small employers before the Courts of Common Pleas and Courts of Appeal throughout Ohio. He provides a unique perspective to counseling employers in their defense of workers’ compensation claims through his wealth of experience representing injured workers for over a decade before joining Roetzel.
Mr. Kleinhenz utilizes his prior experience to effectively counsel employers with respect to what arguments and future requests injured worker legal representatives are most likely to make on behalf of their clients.
In addition to his responsibilities as legal counsel to his clients, Mr. Kleinhenz provides education to third party administrators, clients, and various trade and bar associations on numerous workers’ compensations issues through speaking engagements across the State of Ohio.
Mr. Kleinhenz earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Wright State University. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Committee.
Mr. Rosenbaum’s practice includes counseling and representing companies in all phases, from formation and start-up to expansion and asset protection, all the way through to a desired exit strategy. He counsels his clients on matters such as corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, complex contract negotiation, capital raising efforts, business-expansion, shareholder matters, corporate maintenance and employee matters.

Mr. Rosenbaum received his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and his B.A. in History from DePaul University. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Decalogue Society of Lawyers.
