Overview
Jeff is responsible for the firm's overall technology strategy, data security, disaster recovery, and cyber preparedness. He advises the firm and clients on how to navigate complex technical and business problems in the areas of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, Information Technology Planning, and Operations Management. Jeff is a member of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice, leads the Firm Technology Committee, and works directly with firm executive leadership to craft technology and business strategy, and implement change.
With over 25 years of experience solving business and technology problems as a consultant, business owner, and technologist, Jeff helps the firm and clients find balance between legal and compliance requirements and the efficiency demands of modern business operations. He can assist with planning for process changes and the implementation of new systems, crafting security or IT policies, and designing security education and awareness programs for various audiences.
