Overview
Tammi defends health care providers and institutions in civil litigation involving claims of professional liability, general liability, and medical malpractice. She has tried approximately 25 medical malpractice cases to verdict throughout Northeast Ohio with first- and second-chair responsibilities. She also helps medical and other organizations resolve a wide range of personal injury matters, including premises liability claims. In addition, Tammi counsels health care providers on issues involving risk management, pre-litigation disputes, and discovery issues.
