Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce the addition of Jonathan B. Wygonski to its Columbus office. Wygonski has joined firm’s Transportation Group, where he focuses on regulatory and compliance issues and litigation matters related to transportation and logistics clients.

Wygonski has experience with administrative and regulatory law related to employment and regulated utilities, as well as appellate review of administrative decisions. He has assisted commercial and industrial clients with developing company policies compliant with state and federal laws, including the Family Medical Leave Act, Families First Coronavirus Relief Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Wygonski received his J.D., cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as a managing editor of the Business Law Journal. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
