Overview
Jon is a member of the firm's Products and Transportation practice group. His practice focuses on regulatory and compliance issues and litigation matters related to transportation and logistics clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Jon practiced for three years with a focus on general business litigation and energy law. Jon has extensive experience with administrative and regulatory law related to employment and regulated utilities, as well as appellate review of administrative decisions. Jon has assisted commercial and industrial clients with developing company policies compliant with state and federal laws, including the Family Medical Leave Act, Families First Coronavirus Relief Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
