- Defended a motorcycle manufacturer against alleged deceptive trade practices and breach of warranty regarding a motorcycle sprocket
- Represented a global leader in building materials to determine if the company was liable when a rail maintenance crew member died cleaning out a railcar. We obtained summary judgement on behalf of our client
- Defended a class A railroad in a jury trial involving tresspassing minor whose leg was traumatically amputated
- Negotiated settlement of a $20 million claim against a publically traded railroad, after the close of discovery, for less than the budgeted amount to defend the case at trial; this case was actively litigated for over four years and was reviewed quarterly by the Railroad's Board of Directors as "material" litigation
