Nick Adair

Nick focuses his practice on litigation, with a particular emphasis on general liability defense, as well as matters involving retail, hospitality, construction, and transportation. He works closely with clients to resolve a wide range of legal issues, including premises liability, motor vehicle casualty, wrongful death, products liability, insurance subrogation claims, regulatory and compliance matters, construction defects and consumer sales disputes. His experience spans both courtroom litigation and strategic negotiation.

Nick is well-versed in all phases of incident response and litigation, from initial investigation and compliance to discovery management, document preservation, dispute resolution and motion practice. He is a vigorous advocate at trial and a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process. As a member of Roetzel’s Emergency Response Team, Nick is frequently called upon to lead investigations and coordinate early responses to crisis situations of varying type, size, and severity.
