Jessica is a Shareholder in the Cleveland, OH office. She is a litigator that focuses primarily in the areas of trucking and commercial transportation, professional liability, products liability, and general liability defense. In the commercial transportation industry, Jessica focuses on the defense of commercial motor carriers involved in catastrophic accidents and serves on Roetzel's Emergency Response Team. Jessica also represents professionals in the healthcare, legal, and real estate professions. In addition to the above, Jessica has assisted clients in a wide array of litigation, including claims against consumer and industrial product manufacturers, wrongful death and survivorship claims, business disputes, construction defects, subrogation claims, and violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. 

Jessica has considerable civil litigation experience, having defended a wide variety of clients throughout Ohio state and federal courts. She has litigated cases from pre-suit through trial and mediation and has obtained a number of successful dismissals by dispositive motion.
