- Draft and negotiate development agreements, option agreements, construction agreements and ancillary documents
- Structure and facilitate formation of land banking platforms for developer use in connection with master planned communities
- Review project-specific due diligence on the front end of land bank transactions to ensure that the land bank model is appropriate for the specific development and will not create issues for the builder as the project is developed
- Close transactions that are either on-book deals being transferred to a land bank in connection with a large portfolio or direct closing transactions into the land bank
