Brandon J. Palmer

Brandon helps clients execute complex real estate transactions, including assisting with commercial loan documentation. His experience includes the acquisition, financing, construction, and leasing of both commercial and residential properties.

In addition, Brandon works with entrepreneurs and start-ups to form and structure entities that will allow them to turn their ideas into businesses. His practice also extends to corporate and business services. Clients rely on Brandon’s clear and concise communication and his broad appreciation of the economic principles that drive their business and legal decisions.

Before joining Roetzel, Brandon worked as a law clerk in the legal department of a Fortune 500 infrastructure construction company. He assisted with mergers & acquisitions and commercial leasing matters.
