Alexander P. Goodermote

Alex is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Law practice group. His practice is focused in the areas of real estate, lending, and corporate law. Alex advises a diverse set of clients, including real estate investors, developers, builders, financial institutions and closely held business on a wide range of real estate, financing, and general business endeavors. In the real estate realm, Alex provides guidance on property acquisitions, sales, lease negotiations, and land use disputes. In lending arena, clients can rely on him for assistance with loan transactions, compliance matters, and complex financing arrangements. In the corporate law sphere, he aids closely held businesses with formation, structuring, contract negotiation, and general business issues.
