JonTia is an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice group. Her practice is focused in the area of commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and land banking. She represents and counsels commercial clients ranging from regional real estate agencies to large national developers, and guides each client through their respective transaction from due diligence to closing. In addition to her attentive transaction management, JonTia assists clients in the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various commercial real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and amendments, as well as a variety of other related documents.
