Roetzel & Andress Welcomes JonTia A. Pegues to Chicago Office

Roetzel & Andress has added JonTia A. Pegues as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group, based in its Chicago office.

Pegues focuses her practice on commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and land banking. She represents commercial clients ranging from regional real estate agencies to large national developers and guides them through each stage of a transaction, from due diligence through closing.

In addition to managing real estate transactions, Pegues assists with the drafting, negotiation and execution of commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and amendments, and other related documents.

Pegues earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
