Ed focuses his practice on real estate, banking, land banking, and general real estate finance law, as well as construction law, bringing over two decades of experience in these fields. His land banking work includes representing private equity firms in structuring land bank transactions, as well as advising national homebuilders in acquisitions and dispositions across the United States. In addition to his land banking expertise, Ed has an extensive background in commercial real estate, construction law, commercial banking, mergers and acquisitions, and the general representation of privately held corporations.
Ed represents a broad range of clients, including commercial real estate owners and developers, real estate private equity firms, financial institutions, material suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors, construction managers, design builders, architects, landlords, tenants, and sureties, across every aspect of their businesses. Recognizing that each client has unique needs, Ed applies his exceptional problem-solving approach to help clients achieve their goals, whether in the boardroom or the courtroom.
