Ed focuses his practice on construction, real estate, and banking law and has over two decades of experience in construction law, commercial real estate, commercial banking, mergers and acquisitions, and the general representation of privately held corporations.

Ed represents material suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, construction managers, design builders, architects, owners, developers, landlords, tenants, sureties, and financial institutions in every aspect of their business. He recognizes that each of his clients has unique needs, and he uses his exceptional problem solving approach to ensure that his clients are able to achieve their goals whether that be in the board room or the courtroom.
