Andrew J. Moody

Andrew represents clients in corporate and real estate transactions with a significant focus on land banking matters. A substantial portion of his practice involves advising residential homebuilders and institutional land banks on a wide range of land bank transactions including structuring, negotiation, and execution.

Andrew also advises clients on general real estate transactional matters including acquisitions and dispositions, purchase and sale agreements, and development-related matters. His real estate experience includes prior work in leasing and retail real estate developed in part through his service as general counsel for a portfolio company with operations in the retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.

On the corporate side, Andrew counsels closely held businesses on formation, governance, and day-to-day legal matters as well as transactional and strategic issues. He works closely with management teams to provide practical legal guidance in support of both ongoing operations and discrete transactions.
