Roetzel & Andress Announces the Election of Two New Shareholders

Roetzel & Andress is proud to announce that Morris L. Hawk and Jessica Sanderson from its Cleveland office have been promoted to shareholders, which became effective January 1, 2022.

Morris is a member of the Employment Services Group. He focuses his practice on helping employers successfully navigate all legal aspects of the employment relationship. He advises employers on complying with federal and state employment laws and employee benefits law. He represents employers in traditional labor relations law before the National Labor Relations Board; in collective bargaining (including arbitration); and in union avoidance. Morris also represents employers in workers' compensation matters throughout Ohio.

Jessica is a member of the Medical Defense and Products & Transportation Groups. She focuses her practice on litigation, with an emphasis on medical and professional liability defense, transportation/trucking, and general liability defense. Jessica defends companies, individuals, and professionals in a wide array of litigated matters, including wrongful death claims and claims involving catastrophic loss.
