Patrick M. Kabasinski

Patrick helps his clients solve complex legal problems in a variety of litigation sectors. He primarily defends injury claims, business claims, retail liability defense, and toxic torts. 

Patrick has the capability to resolve a wide array of legal issues in a thorough and efficient manner. Clients appreciate his quick analysis, anticipation of potential hurdles, and experience in the courtroom and the negotiation table. 

In addition to his litigation practice, Patrick is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) & Guardian Ad Litem where he advocates for children in Summit County. Patrick takes great pride in this work and believes that impacting just one child in a positive manner can have an everlasting effect not only on that child but on our community. 

Prior to joining Roetzel, Patrick served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney of Summit County in the Juvenile Delinquency division. Patrick’s current clients appreciate his extensive trial experience for guidance in litigation. 

Patrick also serves on Roetzel’s Emergency Response Team to immediately address issues that may arise as a result of catastrophic injury, events, industrial accidents, fires, and other catastrophes.
