Thomas D. Brasco, Jr.

Tom has more than fifteen years of experience in high-exposure insurance defense litigation, centering his practice on commercial motor vehicle and trucking defense, auto liability, and rideshare matters, with additional depth in premises liability, product liability, insurance coverage analysis, and appellate advocacy. He handles cases from pleading through appeal — shepherding matters to verdict through depositions, oral arguments, and mediation. His recent results include a defense verdict in a wrongful death commercial vehicle trial involving more than $6 million in claimed damages, a Third Circuit affirmation of summary judgment in a complex civil rights matter, and an Ohio Court of Appeals affirmation of summary judgment in a high-exposure tractor-trailer vs. motorcycle accident.

Tom is admitted to practice in courts throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan — including the federal district courts of each state and the Third and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals — allowing him to meet the multi-jurisdictional demands of both individual and corporate clients.
