Patrick G. Kiraly

Patrick primarily defends injury and business claims. He handles high stake cases with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, insurance coverage, and business disputes.

Before joining Roetzel, Patrick has trial experience in both criminal defense and criminal prosecution. During his time as an Assistant Prosecutor in Mahoning County, Patrick co-counseled a death penalty case. Patrick also has experience arguing in front of the 7th District Court of Appeals. The experience as a litigator allows Patrick to ensure clients’ interests, both legal and financial, are preserved.

Patrick is also a member of Roetzel’s Emergency Response Team providing immediate legal support in cases involving catastrophic injury, industrial accidents, fires, and other urgent situations.
