Roetzel Attorney Lori L. Moore Earns Bar Certification in Real Estate Law

Roetzel is pleased to announce that Lori L. Moore has recently been certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization.

Ms. Moore represents and counsels both buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, landlords, tenants, developers and lenders in all aspects of real estate matters; including, acquisitions and sales, commercial and residential leasing, financing, and the drafting and reviewing of purchase contracts, loan documents, title documents, organization agreements, easements and construction contracts. She also represents and counsels lenders in financial transactions and distressed loan situations. Ms. Moore also has extensive experience litigating real estate matters including contract disputes and commercial and residential leasing disputes.

Ms. Moore earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.A. from the University of North Florida. She has been selected as a "Florida Super Lawyers - Rising Star" every year since 2010.
