Overview

Jeff’s practice is focused in the areas of estate planning, guardianships, estates and trusts and business transactions. He works with individuals, families and businesses to implement estate planning strategies to preserve wealth and minimize taxation. He works closely with his clients and their advisors to understand each client’s planning objections while also identifying any future family disputes or contested ligation.

In addition to estate planning, Jeff represents fiduciaries, entrepreneurs, businesses, families, and individuals in estate and trust administration, including litigation of disputed probate and trust matters. Jeff also has extensive experience advising clients through the guardianship process for disabled adults and minors.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jeff worked in wealth management at a global investment bank and financial services firm focusing on financial reporting, accounting and taxation of individuals and corporate entities. Jeff uses his background in accounting and finance to provide his clients with a holistic approach to estate tax planning and generational wealth transfer.
