John has been practicing in the field of Ohio’s workers’ compensation his entire 25 year career. He has the unique experience of working as a claims adjuster for a Third Party Administrator, representing injured workers, defending the Ohio BWC and Industrial Commission of Ohio while working as Assistant Attorney General, and managing the workers' compensation practice at two large firms. By seeing workers’ compensation claims through virtually every lens, John’s perspective and invaluable insight allows him to provide his clients with pragmatic risk management and litigation solutions. He has advised and represented every type of party involved in the workers' compensation arena and has seen how the system works from all perspectives, so he knows what it takes to get an efficient and favorable result for his clients.
