Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce the addition of Brett G. Bleier as an associate to its Naples office. Bleier joins the Real Estate practice group and will represent planned communities, including condominiums, homeowners’ associations, country clubs, hotels, mixed-use and other industrial condominiums, and continuing care retirement communities.
With a strong focus on community associations, Bleier is well-versed in all aspects of their day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with federal law, including the Fair Housing Act, as well as Florida statutes and regulations.
Bleier earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law, where he also served as senior editor of the Ave Maria Law Review. Prior to that, he received his B.A. from Michigan State University.
