Roetzel & Andress LPA today announced the addition of partner Philip S. Heebsh to the firm’s Toledo office. Heebsh joins the firm’s Employment Services Group. He was formerly a shareholder at the Toledo office of Reminger Co., LPA.

Mr. Heebsh joins a practiced team of employment law attorneys, experienced in advising and representing public and private companies, public sector entities, and nonprofit organizations across the entire spectrum of labor, employment, and human resource issues. The firm’s attorneys are highly qualified in both judicial and administrative proceedings, with extensive experience representing local, national, and international clients before federal and state courts and agencies.
Mr. Heebsh’s diverse legal practice encompasses the specialties of general liability, commercial transportation, insurance coverage, and workers' compensation defense. Mr. Heebsh has represented a variety of clients in state and Federal courts throughout Ohio and Michigan. He has also successfully argued cases before the Ohio Court of Claims and Ohio appellate courts. Further, Mr. Heebsh represents the interests of both state fund and self-insured employers in Ohio Workers' Compensation matters.
Having earned his B.A., cum laude, at the University of Toledo, Mr. Heebsh subsequently went on to acquire his J.D. at the University of Toledo College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Ohio.
