Roetzel & Andress, LPA is pleased to announce that Sean M. Ellis, a partner in the firm’s Fort Myers office, has been elected President of the Real Estate Investment Society.
The Real Estate Investment Society is an independent organization dedicated to assisting its members in the effective utilization of real estate through networking, education, public service, and a common voice on pertinent issues. Membership is limited to 250 persons, employed in a wide variety of professions including real estate brokers and property managers, developers and builders, bankers and lenders, and attorneys, appraisers and title insurance agents.
Mr. Ellis focuses his practice on condominium and community association law, assisting both residential and commercial associations in all aspects of the operations, including collections, interpretation of governing documents and drafting amendments to documents, covenant enforcement, and compliance with Florida statutes and regulations. He also concentrates his practice on real estate law, including sales, purchases and development, land use, leasing, lending transactions and title services. In addition, he was the first attorney in the Fort Myers area to receive the LEED AP designation from the U.S. Green Building Council
