Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce that Sarah E. Spector a real estate attorney in our Fort Myers office, is the new president of the South Gulf Coast Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI). CAI made the announcement at its Holiday & Chapter Awards celebration on December 7, 2017.
Ms. Spector focuses her practice on community association law and assists condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ association clients with the management and operational aspects of governing their communities.
CAI consists of working volunteers who assist and provide community associations, managers, management companies and those affiliated with them, with educational programs, social networking opportunities, and an information source for related community matters.
Ms. Spector is a graduate of Florida State University and Florida State University College of Law. She is also a member and past president of the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers.
