Jake Nicholson

As a member of Roetzel's Corporate, Tax, and Transactional Group, Jake assists clients in a wide variety of transactional and business-related matters, including drafting, entity formation, and restructuring. A great deal of his day-to-day revolves around guiding majority stakeholders and C-suite executives through the due diligence process for middle market mergers and acquisitions and ensuring his clients understand their contractual obligations.

Before joining Roetzel, Jake served as a legal extern for a U.S. Olympic training facility and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, and worked in non-legal capacities for a Fortune 500 financial services company, a major professional sports franchise, and a technology startup.
