Jonna Eimer Joins Roetzel as Shareholder in Firm’s Chicago Office

Roetzel recently announced the addition of attorney Jonna D. Eimer to the firm’s Corporate, Health Care & Transactional group in Chicago.

Jonna’s addition further strengthens our health care practice, allowing us to provide even greater depth and breadth of services to our clients.” 

Eimer’s comprehensive industry experience, combined with her practical business advice, defines her role as a seasoned health care and corporate attorney. She is widely recognized for her exceptional counsel to physicians, physician groups, dentists, behavioral health clinicians, and other health care providers. Her diverse range of services includes assisting with practice formation, sales and negotiations, as well as providing guidance on regulatory compliance. Additionally, Eimer is highly regarded for her experience in forming management services organizations (MSOs) and navigating these sales to private equity. Eimer also has considerable experience working with concierge medicine practices and other innovative practice models.

In addition to her health care practice, Eimer is a skilled corporate attorney who specializes in intricate business transactions. She focuses on high level compensation, as well as regularly documenting and negotiating complex business transactions. Many of her clients rely on her as their outside general counsel, turning to her for guidance on everyday business and legal issues that arise.

Eimer earned her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Lake Forest College. She is an active alumna of her law school where she has volunteered interviewing law school candidates and counseling students in mock interviews. 

She is also active in her community, most recently joining the Women’s Board of the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center. For many years, she also served as a board member and legal liaison for the Children’s Research Fund Junior Board, also the Hebrew Immigration Aid Society and volunteered with Maot Chitim of Greater Chicago.
