Jonna Daleiden Eimer

Jonna's deep industry experience combined with her practical business advice defines her role as a seasoned health care and corporate attorney. 

Hundreds of physicians and physician groups, as well as dentists, behavioral health clinicians, and other health care providers, call on Jonna to advise them in forming new practices, selling established practices, negotiating employment and shareholder agreements, and guiding them with respect to regulatory matters. Jonna regularly counsels clients in forming management services organizations (MSOs) and navigating these sales to private equity. She also represents numerous concierge medicine practices and has extensive experience with other innovative practice models. 

As a corporate attorney, Jonna specializes in high level compensation and employment matters as well as regularly documenting and negotiating complex business transactions. Many of Jonna's clients depend on her to act as outside general counsel for everyday business and legal issues that arise.
