Roetzel & Andress is proud to announce that attorney Lauren Zidones has been honored with the prestigious Laura Allio Emerging Leader Award by the Women's Network Leadership Institute (WNLI). The award ceremony took place yesterday at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, where Zidones was recognized for her outstanding leadership, impact, and extraordinary commitment to gender equity and diversity in the workplace.
The Laura Allio Emerging Leader Award is an annual accolade presented to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and have made significant contributions to promoting gender equity and diversity. Nominated by her peers, Zidones was selected as one of the two individuals to receive this esteemed recognition by a diverse group of business and community leaders.
As an attorney at Roetzel & Andress, Zidones specializes in commercial real estate and general business law. Her expertise lies in providing counsel to buyers and sellers of real estate, homeowner associations, condominium associations, landlords, tenants, and real estate developers. Additionally, she offers valuable guidance to for-profit and non-profit entities on matters related to entity selection, formation, and corporate governance.
In 2022, Zidones was named to the Crain’s Cleveland Business “20 in their Twenties” list and was a Great Akron Chamber “30 for the Future” award recipient.
