Lauren focuses her practice on commercial real estate and general business law. She counsels buyers and sellers of real estate, homeowner associations and condominium associations, landlords and tenants, and real estate developers. In addition, she advises for-profit and non-profit entities on entity selection, formation, and corporate governance matters.

• Negotiates commercial real estate purchase agreements to maximize interests and reduce risks on behalf of the client
• Coordinates and analyzes due diligence activities in connection with commercial real estate transactions including title review, environmental assessments, surveys, and property documentation
• Negotiates leases on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants
• Coordinates and drafts organizational documents and closing documents for commercial real estate transactions
• Drafts corporate documents such as by-laws, operating agreements, shareholder resolutions, member buy/sell or redemption agreements, and corporate policies
