Roetzel & Andress Adds Three Associate Attorneys

Roetzel & Andress announces its continued growth in northeast Ohio with the addition of three associates: Lauren M. Zidones, Lacy R. Leduc and Danielle C. Young. 

Zidones joins the Real Estate Group in the firm’s Akron office. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate and general business law, with an emphasis on land use, zoning, and oil and gas matters. She counsels buyers and sellers of real estate, landlords and tenants, and real estate developers. In addition, she advises for-profit and non-profit entities on entity selection, formation, and corporate governance matters.

Zidones earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Kent State University. During law school, Zidones served as President of the Student Bar Association, the Assistant Editor of the Akron Law Review and Ex-Officio Director of the Akron Bar Association. She is also a member of the Akron Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Greater Akron Chapter and Cleveland Chapter. 

Leduc joins the Medical Defense Group in Cleveland. She focuses on the defense of physicians, hospitals, and a wide variety of healthcare providers in medical negligence law suits. Leduc earned her J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she also served as the Business Editor for the Journal of Law and Health, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Kent State University. She is a member of both the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. 

Young joins the Labor & Employment Group in Cleveland. She focuses her practice on all aspects of labor and employment law, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, and restrictive covenants and trade secret matters. She earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and her B.A. from Montclair State University. Young also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Marilyn C. Clark, P.J. Cr., New Jersey Superior Court, Passaic County.
