Joseph Ramos

Joe concentrates his practice in Complex Business & Commercial Litigation. He has handled complex compliance, transactional, and litigation matters for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. Joe advocates for his clients in both federal and state court on matters including, but not limited to commercial litigation, collections, bankruptcy litigation, and appeals. He also litigated an Illinois Appellate Court case of first impression: Bowling Green Sports Ctr., Inc. v. G.A.G. LLC, 2017 IL App (2d) 160656. In addition to his time in private practice, Joe previously worked in operational and regulatory compliance at a large financial institution and also served as in-house counsel at a mid-sized banking institution.
