Zach focuses his practice on land use law and construction litigation, representing both local and national businesses as well as individual homeowners. His work spans all areas of land use law, including code enforcement, rezonings, and water management district permitting. In addition to his land use practice, Zach serves as general counsel to several local government entities, providing strategic legal guidance on a range of matters. He also advises contractors on enforcing construction lien rights, a critical service in the aftermath of hurricanes that have significantly impacted Southwest Florida.
