Roetzel & Andress LPA announced today that Jeffrey J. Casto has been re-elected as the firm’s Chairman and CEO, while a slate of firm partners have been elected to a newly-constituted Board of Directors. Under Casto’s leadership, the board will govern the firm’s direction and continued growth.
The new directors include:

- Mark J. Price, Administrative Partner, Naples
- Douglas E. Spiker, Partner, Practice Group Manager, Employment Services, Cleveland
