Mark focuses his practice on real estate law, including complex commercial and high-end residential real estate matters. His clients include individual and institutional real estate investors, developers, brokers, buyers, sellers, and lenders. He also has extensive experience in commercial leasing, corporate and business law, and title insurance.

• Represented buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of over $7 billion dollars in high-end residential real estate and commercial property
• Served as General Counsel for clients in a wide range of business and real estate matters throughout the U.S., including business acquisitions and investments
• Represented several partnerships in the acquisition, development and sale of commercial projects throughout Florida
• Represented developers of residential projects including large-scale subdivisions and single-family spec homes
• Represented borrowers and lenders in commercial and high-end residential loan workout negotiations on multi-million dollar projects
