Roetzel & Andress recently welcomed attorneys Ildiko “Ildi” A. Szucs and Patrick M. Kabasinski to the firm. Szucs will be located in the Cleveland office and has joined the firm’s Employment Services group as an of counsel attorney, while Kabasinski joins Roetzel’s Products and Transportation Group as an associate in the Akron office.
Szucs specializes in various aspects of workers’ compensation law, with a primary focus on litigation. Her extensive experience includes workers’ compensation defense and personal injury cases. Szucs represents employers in administrative hearings across the state, addressing all contested issues related to their employees' workers’ compensation claims. Additionally, she handles those claims that are appealed into court. Szucs brings a unique perspective to her practice as she worked initially as a plaintiff's attorney.
Szucs earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and her B.A. from Kent State University.
Kabasinski focuses his practice on transportation litigation. Prior to joining Roetzel, he served as an assistant prosecuting attorney and has experience taking all types and levels of cases to trial.
Kabasinski earned his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law and his B.A. from The University of Akron.
