Marc A. Huling

Marc is the Shareholder-in-Charge of Roetzel's Naples office. He brings over 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer and represents clients in matters involving business tort and contract litigation. With his knowledge of how Fortune 500 businesses and construction companies deal with disputes, Marc advises presidents of large corporations and their general counsel, financial institutions, developers, municipalities, employers, and individuals in business and injury disputes. What sets him apart from other lawyers in his field is his depth of experience in business litigation, understanding of client’s needs, and responsiveness. Marc is a past president of the Collier County Bar Association. He serves as general counsel to the Collier Building Industry Association.
