Ashley L. Suarez

Ashley focuses her practice on real estate law with an emphasis on residential and commercial transactions, real estate development and commercial leasing. Her practice also extends to corporate and business services, including the structuring and formation of business entities, and a variety of intellectual property matters. In addition, Ashley counsels homeowners’ associations and other planned communities in the interpretation and drafting of governing documents, collections, and compliance with Florida law.
