Mark focuses his commercial finance practice on the representation of financial institutions, and publicly and privately held corporations in lending transactions. He has significant experience in handling loan structuring, documentation, negotiation, and workouts for clients in asset based, mezzanine, syndicated, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), and construction lending transactions. He also represents financial institutions and certified development companies in connection with government guaranteed loan programs including the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 and 7(a) programs. His corporate practice is focused on representing corporations with respect to formation, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and the preparation and negotiation of supply, distribution, joint venture, and similar commercial agreements.
