Daniel G. Rohletter

Dan practices business, general corporate, real estate, and commercial law at Roetzel. He concentrates on representing businesses, financial institutions, and commercial real estate developers in real estate development, financing transactions, creditors' rights actions, general business, tax, estate planning, and probate matters. Dan's multidisciplinary practice enables him to provide valuable counsel and advice to clients that result in a cost beneficial outcome. He has, on numerous occasions, successfully negotiated positive outcomes for clients involving local, state, and federal agencies as well as private business organizations with competing interests.

In addition, Dan, along with our cannabis practice group, assists and advises clients engaged in the cannabis industry as cultivators, processors and dispensaries. His cannabis advisory services also consist of working with government agencies in developing policies and procedures related to the cannabis industry.
