Overview

Mr. Coyne focuses his practice on transactional commercial real estate law. He represents clients in various multi-family transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings (HUD, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae) with over a half-billion in deals closed. He also represents clients with condominium and association law needs, and handles real estate transactions representing commercial and residential developer clients and owners in a wide array of issues, from acquisition to financing, leasing, and other development issues.
