Bruce focuses his practice in the areas of commercial lending, work-outs, commercial litigation, business reorganization matters, and bankruptcy/creditor’s rights matters. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings, and state court litigation and collection matters. His clients include financial institutions, creditors, and trustees.

Experience

• Represents financial institutions in and out of court on collection, recovery, restructuring of obligations and commercial foreclosures
• Represented a Chapter 7 trustee in the recovery of assets where the individual debtor operated an investment program deemed a “‘Ponzi scheme”
• Represents Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustees in the administration of bankruptcy estates
• Represents court appointed receivers in the administration of the receivership estate
