Roetzel & Andress LPA is pleased to announce the appointment of Denise M. Hasbrook as Partner-in-Charge of the law firm’s Toledo office.

Hasbrook focuses her practice on shareholder disputes, business litigation and representing employers in all types of issues. She has extensive experience defending employers in discrimination, whistle blower, non-compete and wrongful termination claims in federal and state courts.
She also served for more than a decade as in-house counsel for the nation's sixth largest public utility and has been named to The Best Lawyers in America® for Employment Law - Management (2012-2016) as well as to "Who's Who in Toledo Area Law" by the Toledo Business Journal (2009-2015). She earned her J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law and her B.S.B.A. from The University of Toledo, receiving magna cum laude honors.
