CHICAGO (March 13, 2023) — Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce that Karman Bains has joined the firm’s Chicago office as an associate in the Business Litigation Group.
Bains will concentrate his practice in complex business and commercial litigation. He handles complex disputes involving business organizations, shareholder claims, contractual disputes, and technology and cyber-related claims. Bains also has experience litigating multi-million dollar negligence and intentional tort claims.
Bains received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from the University of Toronto. During law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates and also gained experience as a judicial extern in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
