Roetzel Adds Attorney Tiffany Moncrieff to Real Estate Group in Naples

Roetzel & Andress has expanded its Real Estate Group with the addition of Tiffany N. Moncrieff as Of Counsel in the firm’s Naples office.

Moncrieff focuses her practice on real estate law, as well as corporate, banking and lender representation. She brings additional perspective to her practice through six years of experience serving as in-house underwriting counsel for national title insurance underwriters, where she handled complex title insurance matters.

Moncrieff earned her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Florida.

She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association, and Florida Land Title Association.
