Roetzel Adds Products & Transportation Attorney to Toledo Office

Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce that Brittany H. Asmus has joined the firm’s Toledo office as Of Counsel in the Products & Transportation Group.

Asmus focuses her practice on liability defense in Ohio and Michigan. Her practice includes the defense of commercial disputes, general liability, product liability, professional liability, workplace injury claims, employment discrimination matters and unfair labor practice claims. Asmus also counsels businesses on employment practices and policies, employee investigations and claims from the administrative stage through the court of appeals.

In addition, Asmus advises municipal clients on public records requests, municipal appeals, employment contracts and commercial disputes. She also provides coverage opinions to insurers and defends bad faith, policy dispute, general liability, and third-party no-fault claims.

Asmus has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and selected for Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.

She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law, her Master of Science from American University and her Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University.
